Here you can see all the dead trees killed by the beetles that have a longer more destructive life-cycle in the region all due to global warming. It was quite depressing.

Good thing I carried cash on the hike. The food was excellent.
We carried bear spray all the time. You are not supposed to spray the stuff until the bear is 30 feet from you. Sounds a little close to me.
