Follow Along as I Travel Through the U.S. National Parks
When I was a young man I was privileged to work summers for the United States Park Service building trails in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia and as a back country ranger in Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. I have since had a love affair with the National Park Service and it’s people. Park Service employees are a wonderful and privileged subculture of American society. I have known many and hope to meet many more of them on my trip. Visit other pages to get the latest news or newest pictures by clicking the headers above.
